The branding required a friendly, boutique lifestyle feel to reflect the coastal realestate market and appeal to transient holiday makers.

This design is the merger rebranding between two previous realty groups, Maddies Realty and Hermans' Realestate. From the outset the client wanted to retain the 'Maddies purple' as the senior partner, while incorporated 'Hermans' blue' within later materials.

A simplified yet memorable graphic of buildings was created to represent various realestate beside the ocean without depicting exactly what, mainly due to the holiday rental influence. The client was estatic with the final shop-front appearance and has easy recognition with newspaper and magazine advertising.
